How We Started
From Rental Arbitrage to Full-Service Management
What started as a small venture into rental arbitrage quickly evolved into something much larger. As the vacation rental market shifted dramatically during and after COVID, Matt and Cameron saw a clear opportunity: property owners needed a trusted partner to help them navigate the new landscape and maximize the potential of their homes.
Rather than just listing properties and hoping for the best, Solside Stays built a system: professional photography, dynamic pricing, multi-channel distribution, and white-glove guest communication that consistently outperforms self-managed listings.
Today, Solside Stays manages a growing portfolio of vacation homes across Florida, with operations extending into Oklahoma. Our focus has never changed: provide guests with comfortable, well-maintained homes while helping property owners earn more from their investment.

Matt oversees day-to-day operations, guest experience, and property performance. With a strong background in logistics and operations, he focuses on systems, automation, and ensuring every property runs smoothly, from the moment a guest books to the moment they check out.
His goal is to deliver a seamless experience for both guests and homeowners while continuing to grow the Solside Stays portfolio into new markets.

Cameron focuses on property operations, maintenance coordination, and ensuring each home meets the standards guests expect. His hands-on approach, combined with his background as a licensed HVAC technician, means maintenance issues get resolved fast, keeping properties in top condition year-round.
