Florida STR License
A state-level license required by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) for vacation rentals rented more than 3 times per year.
Florida requires vacation rental operators to obtain a Vacation Rental License from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) if the property is rented more than 3 times per year for periods of less than 30 days. The license must be renewed annually and requires the property to meet health and safety standards including smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and pool safety requirements. Florida's state licensing requirement is in addition to any county or city permits. Solside Stays manages all state and local licensing requirements for every property under management.
