Turnover cleaning is the process of thoroughly cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking a vacation rental property between guest check-out and the next guest check-in. A professional turnover includes cleaning all surfaces, bathrooms, and kitchen; laundering all linens and towels; restocking toiletries, paper products, and kitchen supplies; inspecting for damage; and resetting the property to its standard presentation.
