The Beverly House- 3/2 w/ Pool, 4 Miles to Beach!

Our stay was for a wedding. My son's wedding. We stayed 14 days. We had several guest visit and there was plenty of space for everyone. The pool was a big hit. Deck and backyard could use a good cleaning up but that didn't affect our ability to gather outside. I believe a good deep clean would do this place wonders, as it has a lot of potential. My family would definitely stay here again regardless. It's close to beach and the Pinellis Trail is right at end of road. Great for walking and biking. We rode our electric bikes to Clearwater Beach. Jams Produce is in walking distance. We found it at end of stay, wished we would have seen it sooner. Great variety of produce. Our dogs found it to be very comfortable. Important to know, the deck gets very hot during the day. We made sure to keep dogs inside at peek times of sun. They made themselves right at home. We found it very relaxing on our down time.

This was the perfect stay for our work trip. Very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful host and home. Anything I need, they helped. I’m here still doing hurricane relief work and this is the only host that extended my stay with no problem, would most definitely recommend and come back too.

The inside was really nice, has cozy beds and pillows. The big bathtub was great to have. Safe neighborhood & yummy restaurants nearby. Everything was great about our stay besides the pool being broken the entirety of our stay. We reached out a day after arrival about the pool being dirty and all the water draining out of it, we were ignored until a couple days later when we had to reach out again. They ended up fixing the pool the day before my husband and I left. Overall great stay, but they should’ve had the pool fixed before guests stay in it.

Exactly as described. It was very close to grocery stores, parks, the beach, downtown Clearwater, and more. It is not the best neighborhood, meaning it’s not walkable, but we did feel safe and right at home once inside. Beds were very cozy! Everything you need is here- we cooked at home 2/3 nights and had a great family vacation here. My only “con” is that it’s not the most baby safe place. The living room table has sharp corners and we traveled with 3 babies under 2 (always falling lol)… and the floors were not very clean, our kids hands, feet and knees were brown. Not the biggest deal, we just threw them in the pool and boom, clean! There was a pack and play, highchair and even eating utensils that did make our lives much easier when it came to packing. Everything you need from beach gear, kitchen supplies, more than enough towels, and even a friendly cat greets you every morning on the porch! Host is very responsive and helpful, we were all sad to leave!

Very beautiful home! Sleeps 7 very comfortably. Located in the perfect spot, 4 minutes to Walmart and many restaurants , 2 minutes from gas station, then only 10 minutes from clear water beach. The pool is such a bonus to this place, come home really hot and sweaty with a huge cold pool that stays ready to swim in.

We enjoyed our week here. Good location. Friendly neighbors. Good communication with owners. Thank you again for a wonderful week!

We will definitely will stay here in the future. First glance was slightly on the fence about staying, because of the area, but this little cozy house was perfect for my family and I. The area was nice and peaceful. We also had a neighborhood cat who would come and sit on the porch with us. We enjoyed the pool so much, we spent major our time in the water. There is also a convenient store 2 min walk for the house. All amenities were provided to cook and clean with which is a bonus, all we had to bring was food. This place is worth the stay. I will call it “The nice and cozy bungalow”.

The house really surprised us very positively. everything is very clean, all the items necessary for a good stay are available to the guest. The house provides towels, chairs, thermal bags and umbrellas to take to the beach! The location is also good, there is a gas station just around the corner and a Walmart just a few minutes away. We would definitely return.

Host was great!..allowed my family to check in a couple hours early when we arrived!

Stayed for 2 weeks and would return Home is comfortable and spotless and my daughters loved the pool Excellent location for restaurants shopping and visiting area beaches
