We will be available to answer any questions or service requests via the messenger, or by phone. Check in and check out is remote, with keypad entry. Detailed instructions and keypad codes will be sent the day of check in.

An additional $100 non-refundable pet cleaning fee is required for pets.

Trash days are on Saturdays and Wednesdays. Recycle is on Wednesdays.

V.M. Ybor is a historic working class, multicultural neighborhood. There are multiple homeless shelters, soup kitchens, and halfway houses in the area, and consequentially, a large homeless population. While it is considered to be a safe neighborhood, if you are made uncomfortable with the sight of old boarded up homes and homeless people, you may want to consider booking in another neighborhood.

Getting Around
From Tampa International Airport, take SR 60E to I-275 N, then take exit 44 from I-275. Follow Florida Ave N, then turn right on E Palm Ave, follow E Palm avenue, then turn left on to N Nebraska Ave. Right before the Sunoco Gas station, turn right on to E-15th Ave.
